6xthelement: I am a student of Chinese Medicine. I study Acupuncture and Herbs which has a highly diversified curriculum including Eastern and Western Nutrition. I will be focusing more on Eastern Nutrition here.This blog was created because not only do I love food for the taste and the fun of cooking, but I do believe food is our most powerful medicine. It is unfortunate that most people forget how healing food can be. This blog will hopefully bring more awareness. It will probably take some time for me to get it organized but bear with me and someday it will be amazing.
